By placing an order or downloading a product from Studio Select, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Studio Select is a UK-based business selling professional pitch deck templates for filmmakers, studios, and creative teams. We operate at www.studio-select.com. You can contact us at hello@studio-select.com.

2. Our products

Studio Select sells digital downloadable pitch deck templates ("Templates") in Google Slides and Keynote formats. All Templates are delivered digitally — there is no physical product. Template contents may include slide layouts, structured prompts, curated image packs, and licensed fonts. The specific contents of each Template are described on its individual product page.

3. Placing an order

By completing a purchase, you are making an offer to buy the selected Template(s). A contract is formed once your payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation. You will receive a download link immediately at checkout, plus a copy sent to your email address. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in USD ($). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion and their own exchange rate. Any such fees are outside our control and are your responsibility.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Licence and permitted use

When you purchase a Template, Studio Select grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use it for both personal and commercial purposes, including client pitches, agency projects, paid presentations, and internal business use.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicence, or redistribute the Template as a standalone product

• Share your download link or files with others who have not purchased the Template

• Use the Template to create a competing template product or service

• Remove or alter any copyright notices contained in the Template

All fonts included are licensed for commercial use. All images are originals created specifically for Studio Select.

6. Free products

Some Templates (such as Formica) are available free of charge for a limited time. The same licence terms in Section 5 apply to free products.

7. Refunds and returns

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds as standard. This is consistent with industry norms for digital content — once a file has been downloaded or a download link accessed, the product has been delivered.

That said, if something is genuinely not as described, or you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please email hello@studio-select.com and we will do our best to resolve it. We would rather fix the problem than lose a customer.

8. Intellectual property

All Templates, designs, images, and content created by Studio Select remain our intellectual property. You are purchasing a licence to use the Template, not ownership of it. If you believe any of our content infringes your rights, please contact hello@studio-select.com.

9. Limitation of liability

Studio Select does not guarantee any particular outcome from use of our Templates. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, loss of profits, or issues arising from third-party software such as Google Slides or Keynote. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Changes will not apply retrospectively to orders already placed.
